Good morning Lucinda,

Our family business website has been removed last week from number 2 position in Australia dn number 6 in the world and now our very loyal site sponsors will soon be leaving us also our members will not see the value of staying with us.

I dont know why we have been penalised but i can tell you now that the decisons that you make in Google Head office affects families. We are a classed as a low income family and having just spent around $10,000 on a new site redesign and launched last month, I can tell you Lucinda that we have no options now.

My website is authoritive and informative to the Australian consumer.

We are a registered business in NSW and my wife and I have worked very, very hard for the past 6 years on www.mortgagebroker.com.au , now we cannot be found in the 1st 100 pages.
Thankyou for reading this, I dont know if anyone really cares but thanks anyhow!
